Junior Accountant

What you’ll do:
- Perform daily operational activities, based on assignment by Team Leader and/or Process Manager
- Ensure daily processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Perform MEC and YEC activities
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliation process, including follow up to correct balances
- Quarterly balances review
- Support External Audit process
- Identifying and reporting potential process improvements (Innovation Funnel)
- Supporting process improvement implementations (Ideas / RoadMap / Local projects)
- Near incident monitoring and reporting
- Process and DTP standardization
- Supporting other team members in day-to-day processes
- Responding to queries from different Stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with Key Stakeholders
- Perform Fixed Assets and Project Accounting Reconciliations Process
- GL related transactions in Oracle system, making necessary postings
What you’ll need:
- Good language skills in English
- Experience with Oracle accounting system
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Learning attitude
- Taking ownership of issues
- Change Driver Behavior and Attitude
- Strong work ethic based on Founder’s Growth Mindset principles and habits
- Good understanding on ABO business
- High level of integrity, accuracy and precision
- Analytical skills, attention to details, self-starter

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- Continuously learning with the ability to master new technologies, standards and best practices
- Expertise in Cash Management will be an asset
- Expertise in Product invoices processing will be an asset
