Description and Requirements
Overview of tasks:
- Pre-selection of candidates, conducting phone and online job interviews
- Checking tests and language level of candidates
- Communication with candidates from application until hire
- Preparing all necessary data for hire
- Data acquisition and regular maintenance of candidate database
- Close cooperation with managers and co-workers
We are looking for:
- C1 level of English and Slovak/ Czech/ Hungarian languages (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in recruitment would be an asset
- High level of communication and negotiation competences
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of Workday and Avature would be an asset
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to work on-site in Gdańsk
