At Testronic, we are looking for a talented Treasury Manager to join our finance team. As the Treasury Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the company's cash flow forecast and optimizing liquidity management.
• Monitoring and reporting on cash positions, ensuring adequate funding for daily operations.
• Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Executing financial transactions, including payments, wire transfers, and debt repayments.
• Driving analysis to assist in management of foreign exchange risk exposure through hedging strategies.
• Developing and implementing treasury policies and procedures.
• Preparing and presenting treasury reports and analysis to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in treasury management.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and financial risk management.
• Proficiency in using treasury management systems and financial software.
• Experience in managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English both spoken and written.
• Professional certification is a plus.
