Internship in Customer Service Technical Support Team with English

What will you do:

  • Performing root cause analysis on customer issues leading to resolution (IoT area) using multiple tools and programs
  • Solve customer complaints as a priority within agreed time and with highest quality
  • Initiate and coordinate communication with different interface partners on complex topics till final resolution
  • Update client knowledge base with ready solutions and process improvements
  • Support in finding similar error patterns and fields for improvement

What do we expect:

  • We seek talented Interns who crave learning new skills and arenand#39;t afraid to tackle multiple tasks
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as with reports, sorting and analyzing data is welcome
  • Very good English (spoken and written), C1
  • Good communication and presentation skills as well as a proactive attitude
  • Availability for approximately 30 hours/week (Mon-Fri)
