Customer Service Specialist (Romanian Market)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily contact with clients via phone/email
- Provide support to the customer within requested area
- Take ownership of customers’ issues ensuring end to end service with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction and attention to detail
- Advise customers
- Maintain ongoing, professional communication with other departments to ensure that the customer's issue is resolved
- Provide best-in-class customer service following company CS standards
- Translations
EXPECTATIONS:
- Excellent communication skills in Romanian in speaking and writing as a necessary condition
- Ability to communicate in Polish or English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team work oriented, accountable, empathic and proactive
- Professional and positive under all circumstances
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Experience in customer service
