Responsibilities
- supporting customers in planning and managing their travel-related arrangements,

- assisting with booking processes, modifications, and post-purchase support,
- guiding users through the client’s online platform and self-service tools,
- handling customer feedback and inquiries via phone, email and digital channels from international markets.
