Senior Software Developer - iOS

Purpose of the role:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a team that is focused on creating best-in-class iOS solutions and platforms. You will be a key contributor within the team to build global native applications supporting our distributors in creating health and well-being businesses. You will get the opportunity to build your native skills while extending our native platform, creating new features in different modules, and working with other pods integrating their modules into our modular flagship apps.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features or fixes. Your responsibilities span the entire development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to technical design to coding, testing, and releasing application updates. You'll also review pull requests and lead small engineering teams in developing medium to large features.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or significant related experience
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in software development
- Minimum 2 years of iOS native application development leveraging:
- Swift
- Swift Package Manager
- SwiftUI and UIKit
- XCTest
- Mastery of core iOS coding practices, development, testing, troubleshooting tools.
- VIPER + Clean software architecture approaches
- Modular App Architecture, Dependency Injection, Feature Flagging strategies
- Content Internalization strategies
- Code Management using Git (eg Github, GitLAb)
- Agile Planning tools (eg Jira, Confluence)
- Static code analysis (eg SonarQube)
- Strong collaboration and communcaiton skills both with engineers as well as product and design team members
- The ability to working in large, complex development efforts (scalable, distributed, multiple layers) and partner with geographically disbursed team members
- Experience working on innersourced products
- Strong grasp of CI/CD and experience automated quality, performance, and security testing within the pipeline especially leveraging Xcode Cloud
