Junior Customer Support Representative with French (Warsaw onsite)
What will You do?
- Engage in customer service activities, mainly via email
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Utilize company resources, internal systems, and customer purchase orders to provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Provide customers with relevant information to prevent future inquiries and enhance their overall experience
- Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records by regularly updating account information
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and best practices for enhancing customer satisfaction
What do we expect?
- English and French min. at B2 level
- Openness to work on-site in Warsaw office
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong customer focus (experience in Customer Service, Sales, Customer Retention would be an asset)
- Microsoft Office package knowledge
- Functional knowledge of using CRM solution is nice to have
