The role

We are seeking a proactive, curious analyst with a technical background. Reporting in the first instance to the Head of Growth for the business unit, you form part of the Incubated Startup Team, and work collaboratively with multiple teams and regions to provide insights that shape our products, campaigns and customer experience.

This is a new role is within an incubated and fully funded venture operating at pace in a start-up fashion, and benefits from the sizable power of the parent company. We are seeking a strategic problem solver and a doer, someone comfortable being hands on but also working autonomously. While you’ll be based in Krakow, you’ll be working with our marketing, product and tech teams in London and Bengaluru.

What you’ll do:

• In your role, your responsibilities and deliverables will be focused on:
• Responsible for maintaining and executing all our analytics tracking and configuration requirements using Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager
• Engaging with different stakeholders to ensure that new requirements are included
• Validating and QA our analytics implementation across native apps and desktop web
• Ensuring consistency of app analytics data and our data layer
• Driving continual improvement sin marketing performance, efficiency and workflows, supported by marketing analytics
• You’ll be overseeing existing data models, connections and automation for marketing and Identifying opportunities for improving data reliability, efficiency and performance

What we’re looking for:

• Technically minded analyst with a passion for data and insights, with app/digital-native experience
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, tag management solutions, Firebase and CPD
• Strong communicator with a passion to learn and engage with different stakeholders
• Ability to produce clear actionable insights
• A proactive and willing to learn individual
• English speaker
