Associate Talent Development Data Analyst

Purpose of the role:
One of the primary responsibilities of this role will be the execution of the bi-annual, global Culture & Engagement survey, employee lifecycle surveys, and other market-specific requests. This exciting role will manage these feedback tools from end-to-end (design, programming, data collection, data analysis, and reporting) and have exposure to the global Human Resources Leadership Team and leaders across the organization.
This role will also help connect employee listening methods to our employee learning strategy and other talent management efforts.

What you’ll do:
- Manage the employee listening portfolio of surveys
- Design new / review existing survey questionnaires using valid research methodology and utilizing external best practices
- Program and administer surveys in Qualtrics
- Analyze data using Qualtrics reporting, statistical analyses, or other analytical tools as required (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Alteryx, SPSS, R)
- Maintain reporting dashboards used by Human Resources and people leaders globally
- Provide actionable insights to executive leadership and Human Resources partners
- Report on employee sentiment trends and key insights from data analysis to executive leadership
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners globally to review their results and support leaders
- Provide global training for Qualtrics dashboard users
- Manage Qualtrics permissions and data security
- Support additional work with Learning Management, as available
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
What you’ll need:
- Min.1 year of professional experience in a similar area
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science/ Information, Technology or similar
- Ability to work independently, as part of a globally co-located team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Basic project management skills (e.g., requirement gathering, planning, scheduling, monitoring)
- Developing ability to design and deliver research reports in formats appropriate to a wide variety of target audiences
- Developing competency in research design and analysis
- Developing competency in statistical analysis and model building
