Your job

Here, in Your Customer Order Management & Logistics Support Specialist with French role you’ll execute the complete order process of your own group of Customers. That will involve receiving the order from our Customer in different formats through multiple channels, checking the order in SAP R/3 on product codes, stock availability, delivery lead times, logistic appointments, collaborating with your peers within other departments, up to the delivery of the order at our Customer. You will laisse and provide solutions during this end-to-end process to our Customer if any changes are required.
You will also have a direct written and verbal contact with own Customers and partners in both French and English languages. Maintain and develop relationships with own Customers. Provide great Customer Service to increase Customer satisfaction (as measured by the Advantage Group or other surveys) and minimize Customer complaints.
You will be responsible for resolving enquiries and delivering queries promptly and liaising with interested parties, communicating both progress and the outcome. You will identify and solve systemic and complex order fulfilment and supply chain related issues.

Requirements:
- You are freshly graduated, or You already have some experience in corporation environment
- You are fluent in French and English- both written and oral
- You are communicative person with very good analytical competencies
- You are an example of excellent time management skills, sense of urgency with ability to separate urgent and important, able to manage pressured situations
- Knowledge of SAP is nice to have
This is a hybrid position from Krakow Office.
