Purpose of the role: Support the Head of MKT Operations and the Prioritization Committee in the prioritization exercise, guaranteeing that the prioritization is coherently orchestrated and reflected across the MKT channels, ensuring that related ABOs, Customers and Employees touch points are fully exploited to maximize and convey a consistent message across the Region.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the Head of MKT Operations and the Prioritization Committee in the prioritization exercise
  • Guarantee a continuous alignment across functions organizing regular touch points to define following months company priorities to be communicated and activated
  • Coordinate the Prioritization Committee activities
  • Guarantee, through regular meetings, a consistent usage of all the existing MKT touchpoints to maximize the impact of company messages
  • Lead the e-News project as Initiative Owner
  • Partner with Marketing Strategy Team (reporting to CMO) to guarantee a coherent and harmonic prioritized content and messaging calendarization across the Region
Leadership responsibilities:
  • Part of the Marketing Operations leadership team with core responsibilities in supporting the Head of Marketing Operations in implementing an efficient content orchestration, prioritization and planning process
  • Support the Head of Marketing Operations in infusing the right culture across the organization
  • Key engagement with all the relevant Internal stakeholders
What you’ll need:
  • Degree in Marketing / Communications or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in related filed
  • Strategic thinking and priority setting with a strong communication voice
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skill
  • Requires strong partnering and teaming skills with cross-functional departments
  • Excellent Project Management and Prioritization skills
  • Excellent Communication, moderation and presentation skills
  • Ability to present at Exec Level
  • Fluent English
  • Background in Marketing, Communications and/or experience in roles as Head of Content/ CvD
  • Experience in Editorial Calendaring, Workflow, tools like Workfront
  • Communication expertise, understand creative storytelling
  • Can understand complexity, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ideally, deep know-how of Amway and all intricacies of communication and content production in a multi-language markets
  • Willingness to travel across the region – 2 times per month
