What you’ll do:

• Lead the adoption of global solutions across markets, minimizing variations where feasible.
• Drive standardization and simplification of requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and Business Subject Matter Experts.
• Provide sophisticated analysis and statistical insights to support the development of compelling business cases for new features.
• Demonstrate a nuanced understanding of market variations to design system configurations that balance consistency and flexibility.
• Decompose complex business requirements into granular Functional User Stories.
• Craft detailed Functional User Stories outlining logical and technical steps for planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define meticulous Acceptance Criteria for each User Story.
• Produce comprehensive documentation utilizing advanced tools such as Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with UX teams to validate proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and milestones.
• Actively participate in team meetings, offering valuable insights and information as required.
• Provide hands-on support to facilitate the smooth adoption of new features by the business.
• Conduct thorough post-implementation analysis to inform future enhancements and optimizations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the Production Support team, offering clarifications and insights to resolve incidents promptly.
• Demonstrates technical proficiency and working knowledge of standard practices, procedures, and systems
• Interprets and applies data analysis, procedures, policies, and protocols
• Independently resolves routine to moderately complex problems
• Performs complex tasks and supports projects under limited supervision
• The success is measured through the quality and quantity of output

What you’ll need:

• 8+ year of experience in IT or related field (preferably eCommerce platforms)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Agile Methodology (certification is a plus).
• Previous experience as developer or UX designer is a plus
• Good knowledge of analytical tools (SQL, Excel)
• Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Data modeling skills
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skill
