What will you do?
As Order to Bill Junior Specialist with Italian youand#39;ll be responsible for:
- Management of Product andamp; Distribution Complaint
- Returns Processing
- Delivery Management
- Customer Master Management
- Customer Order Intake and Processing
- Order Errors / Exception Management
- Order Validation
- Performing Billing andamp; Invoicing
- Verbal and written communication with B2B Customers
- Support of the hotline for business clients
What do we expect?
- Nice to have: business experience in Order Management/Order to Bill/Order to Cash process
- Experience in using SAP SD
- Strong interpersonal andamp; communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact
- Ideally fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, plus minimum C1 degree of competence in Italian
- Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on Administration or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience
- Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude
