Your job

You’re not the person who will settle for just any role. Neither are we. As a Collection Specialist, you will be working with the end-customers and operational managers, with the associated country regional support functions (Sales, Credit Analysts, Internal Control) to ensure timely resolutions to common claims and disputes for UK market.

In this role You will be also reaching out to the end-customers in order to collect payments and analyzing data or information of the portfolio of end-customers, identifying the root causes of debts and open credits, implementing plans of solutions.

To Your main duties will belong: monitoring, maintaining and reconciling assigned accounts in the portfolio, proposing write-offs, focusing on keeping low balance of debts.

About You

As a person, you’re a communication and analytical expert, someone who is always thinking logically and looking for a problem solution.

During your day to day work you will have a telephone and e-mail interaction with external customers to reduce delinquency and offering support in providing financial data analysis of the accounts.

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in English (both oral and written)
  • You have experience of working in corporation environment
  • You have a knowledge of SAP and Excel
  • Your analytical thinking skills allow you to monitor, maintain and reconcile assigned accounts in the portfolio, propose write-offs and focus on maintaining low balance of debts
  • You have a proven background and experience in collection or related process -it is an asset

This is a hybrid position from Krakow Office.
