Requirements:

• university degree,
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the SSC Environment,
• proven project management skills,
• open with excellent communication skills,
• strong stakeholder management skills,
• team builder and proven leadership ability to influence and achieve objectives with a team approach,
• strong financial acumen,
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proven experience to make an immediate impact,
• fluency in English and Ukrainian.

Responsibilities:

• provides the Project Management layer for all the activities that are to be delivered by the project team,
• works with the leadership to identify the individuals required to fulfil the project team member roles,
• works closely with the Global PMO to support the planning activities, especially in terms of coordinating workshops and meetings,
• ensures all risks, issues and dependencies in the project are identified,
• reports the status of the activities to Global PMO for governance purposes and attends all governance meetings as required,
• timely escalations as required to enable the agreed program timeline to succeed,
• coordinates User Acceptance Testing.
