Requirements:
- university degree,
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the SSC Environment,
- proven project management skills,
- open with excellent communication skills,
- strong stakeholder management skills,
- team builder and proven leadership ability to influence and achieve objectives with a team approach,
- strong financial acumen,
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proven experience to make an immediate impact,
- fluency in English and Ukrainian.
Responsibilities:
- provides the Project Management layer for all the activities that are to be delivered by the project team,
- works with the leadership to identify the individuals required to fulfil the project team member roles,
- works closely with the Global PMO to support the planning activities, especially in terms of coordinating workshops and meetings,
- ensures all risks, issues and dependencies in the project are identified,
- reports the status of the activities to Global PMO for governance purposes and attends all governance meetings as required,
- timely escalations as required to enable the agreed program timeline to succeed,
- coordinates User Acceptance Testing.
