OTC Team Lead with German (hybrid from Warsaw or Gdańsk)
What will you do:
- Ensuring organizational effectiveness and sustainability by providing leadership and motivation to ensure smooth and efficient Order to Cash processes for both the business and customers.
- Overseeing and managing the delivery of end processes within agreed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
- Enhancing O2C processes across different business units and streamlining operations wherever possible through the use of automation or innovative methods. Specifically focusing on various O2C processes including Collections, Order Management, and Dispute Management.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, client policies, and best business practices to support the overall growth and success of the organization.
What do we expect:
- Strong knowledge of O2C processes, with a particular emphasis on Collections Management.
- A university degree in Business Administration or Economics.
- Several years of professional experience in Customer Service.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in both German and English languages (C1 lvl).
- Experience in the Captive BPO SSO market would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
