Junior AR Analyst with French and English (Warsaw/hybrid)
What will you do:
- Close cooperation with AR Manager
- Being responsible for regular reporting activities
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with internal or external stakeholders.
- Being responsible for on time cash collections for the French region customers (contacting customers for past due invoices).
- Performing other cash collection activities: direct debit refund, write off process execution, overdue monitoring, preparing, and sending copies of the invoices statement of the account dunning letters
- Actively participate in Client governance calls when required.
What we expect from you:
- Availability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode in Warsaw office
- Fluent English and French (B2 level)\
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactiveness, self management, problem solver approach, improvement driver
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment, preferable SAP will be an advantage
