Your Job

During your Internship at Order To Cash EMEA, you will join an amazing team where the project work comes in line with the business needs. Your team members will introduce you to our structure of Order to Cash area.
And here is what you can learn with us:
- How to supervise the assigned customer accounts to identify unresolved debts
- How to respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner
- How to follow-up with clients on overdue accounts and support disputes solving
- How to work closely with team members as well as other OTC teams and Sales Department to solve issues
- How to manage all activities related to accounts receivable and reporting according to deadlines
- How to maintain good customer relations and following legal and ethical collection practices
Your time here would be focused on both learning and supporting us in the brave and timely activities delivery. You will be supported by our senior colleagues, your direct manager, and the assigned buddy. The more interest and engagement you show, the more improvement activities can already become a part of your journey with us!

About You

With your interest in finance, accounting, economics, reporting, technical or related analytical areas, you can become a part of a multinational company.
