Requirements:

• proficiency in German and English at least B2 level - mandatory requirement,
• minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
• documented experience in operational HR work,
• results-oriented person, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills,
• desire to optimize processes,
• strong people management and coaching skills,
• willingness to introduce shared services concepts and ensure their operation,
• strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• developing, leading, and motivating the HR Advisor team,
• ensuring the execution and effectiveness of HR processes and duties within the employee lifecycle activities,
• ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal HR policies,
• optimizing HR processes and team workflow,
• monitoring employee KPIs, implementing innovative tools,
• providing coaching and guidance to employees,
• building and maintaining strong working relationships with business leaders and employees.
