Inside Sales Management Team Lead with English
Responsibilities:
- leading a team of customer success managers who are responsible for driving incremental consumption of Microsoft Azure services.
- coaching and mentoring your team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional workloads.
- monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, retention, revenue and growth.
- collaborating with other sales managers, account executives, marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging and strategy.
- providing feedback and insights to stakeholders to help improve the customer experience and value proposition.
What you need:
- A bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management, preferably in the cloud or software industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing and developing a high performing sales team.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products and services, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and success.
- Fluent English, German B1 (nice to have)
