Procure to Pay Operations Team Lead with English and other language (German or Italian or Spanish)
THE WORK:
- Manage the process and operationally support the team within managing queries, payments analysis, updating supplier statements
- Ensure meeting the process targets incl. SLA, KPI
- Participate in recurring meetings with client and suppliers and share current results
- AP MEC reporting and analysis activities
- Recognize, communicate and action risks and issues
- Managing escalations
- Support process audits if needed
- Manage process documentation desktop procedures
- Support tools implementation upgrade identify P2P regional needs, support system testing, prepare process documentation, cascade the knowledge to the team
- Support P2P Manager in reports preparation, regional specifics sharing, ad hoc requests
- Manage the team and their workload if needed with P2P Manager support
- Prioritize activities as per process and client needs
- Plan and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
- Ensure development plans for team members incl. successors
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Experience and knowledge in AP process end to end
- P2P knowledge (nice to have)
- Very good English and Italian or German or Spanish language skills - must have
- Very good MS office especially excel skills
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro active and collaborative with customer s approach
- Oracle or other ERP system knowledge and experience
- Ready to take up additional ad hoc tasks if required
- Ability to identify problems and work independently towards resolution.
