- Management of Product andamp; Distribution Complaint.
- Returns Processing andamp; Delivery Management.
- Customer Master Management andamp; Customer Order Intake and Processing.
- Order Errors/Exception Management.
- Verbal and written communication with customers of a leading biotechnology company focused on developing innovative therapies for patients.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Fluent English and Spanish (C1).
- Knowledge of OTC – Order Management life cycle, SAP order processing.
- Strong interpersonal andamp; communication skills and ability to maintain professional business contact.
- 1-2 years of business experience in customer service role (Order Management Process preferred) - nice to have.
- Availability to attend the office in Warsaw (or Gdansk) 2-3 times per week.
