Junior Collections Analyst with English
What will you do:
- Collecting due receivables according to procedures.
- Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships.
- Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams).
- Handling emails andamp; outgoing phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers).
- Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.
What do we expect?
- Written and spoken fluency in English language (min. B2 level is required).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Customer Service/ Call Center/ O2C Collections, BPO or Shared Services will be an asset.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Flexibility.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Google sheets is a plus.
- Ability to work from the office located in Cracow in the first 3 months. Hybrid mode is offered after.
