• Manage and develop a team of collectors to ensure that agreed targets are met and a high quality of service is maintained.
• Identify, escalate and resolve complex issues related to disputes, tax regulations and regional political or economic developments.
• Lead communication with important stakeholders of our key customers, during conference calls and in writing.
• Control KMs and SLAs.
• Establish and maintain strong business partnership with the Client’s Finance team.
• Forecasting and reporting activities.
• Manage capacity of the team.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Previous experience in the OTC area is a must.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to strategize solutions.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office package especially MS Excel.
• Previous experience in managing a team will be a strong asset.
• Fluent in written and oral English and French.
