Testronic Localization Team is now looking for a NL-NL Language Expert that could support one of our high-profile Customer of video game developer with their new unreleased game being developed (exclusive title).

Work-From-Office, on-site at Testronic headquarter in Warsaw, Poland at Poleczki 21a street.
* Candidates residing in Warsaw are preferable, but if you're outside Poland, then we'll cover your flight expenses and accommodation costs in Warsaw
Duration:
~3-6 months
Project assumed schedule
Linguist 1: Mon, 21st OCT 2025 to Fri, 17th JAN 2025
Linguist 2: Mon, 21st OCT 2025 to Fri, 28th MAR 2025

* Reasonable flexible working hours allowed
* Possible extension by 1-2 months for both Linguists may be offered
* Christmas break to be considered, from 24th DEC to 06th JAN
Work details
Precise tasks are various and all linguistically-related. You can expect mainly translation tasks related to the game with occasional proofreading or terminology/style consistency checks. Tasks will be typical as for an in-house translator. Daily output is assumed at modest ~1,500 words per day but in general the planning aims for moderate workload prioritizing quality over quantity.
Note: Work will require direct contact with Client and other Language Experts through calls via Teams to discuss ongoing project matters, e.g. to manage linguistic queries
Requirements:
- Availability to temporarily relocate to Warsaw, Poland to WFO
- Full 8h per day work availability during project schedule
- Native speaker language proficiency, English language professional work competency. Professional experience in translation, including prior video game translation experience
- Quality-driven approach, keen eye for details, general video game background knowledge
- Willingness to cooperate with other Linguists in the Team and occasionally with the Client on calls
