THE WORK:

• Serve as a team member of the Legal Compliance Monitoring team in Operations.
• Provide end-to-end compliance monitoring support to the Legal Organization, focusing on Accenture’s programs over Ethics andamp; Compliance Areas (Anticorruption, Anti-Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing, Competition Law, Confidentiality, Data Privacy, Data and AI, Government Compliance and Trade Compliance).
• Use continuous auditing and analytics to identify non-compliant transactions.
• Review metrics and trends; summarize results, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in remediation activities, action planning, and escalate significant issues.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 1-2 years of experience in Compliance Monitoring, Audit (External, Internal, or Internal Controls), or a related field
• University degree in economics (preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Pivot; Macros desirable). Strong process-related skills.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to stay focused in ambiguous situations.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing projects within time constraints.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English (minimum C1) to effectively interact across the company.
