Requirements

• fluent in English (at least B2) and German (at least B2),
• first experience in similar role such as order managment area, customer care or procurement area or sales support area,
• knowledge of SAP system will be a huge asset,
• higher education,
• high business culture and communication skills,
• analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details.

Responsibilities

• support all aspects of order entry and order management for for DACH region,
• cration of tickets and service of mailbox,
• ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time, within agreed KPI targets,
• cooperation with Customer Service teams,
• taking care of the quality of the process and its optimization and automotation.
