Key tasks include:
- Accounting operations in general ledger area in accordance with US GAAP SOX controls
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliation process
- Review of select general ledger accounts for errors, omissions or inconsistencies
- Interpret and analyze of reports on a regular basis as outlined by management
- Preparation and posting of journal entries
- Assist in preparing and updating desktop procedures
- Support internal and external audit
- Recommendation and implementation of existing management functions
We seek a driven, analytical, and detail oriented individual with:
- Experience minimum 1 year in accounting, preferably in BPO structures or professional qualification education
- Technical skills advanced Excel skills
- Analytical mindset ability to manage complex accounts and large data volumes
- Communication collaboration excellent written and spoken English, with good presentation skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment while being comfortable with navigating change
- Self starter attitude independent, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to adapt and deliver under tight deadlines
- International working experience will be an asset
- Availability to work 5 days per month from Warsaw office (office is located at 26 Przyokopowa Street)
