INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
As a Measurement andamp; Reporting Representative Intern, you will support the team in analyzing key performance indicators, developing reports, and driving process improvements. Your insights will contribute directly to data-driven decisions and operational efficiency.
- Analyze performance metrics (financial, satisfaction, operational) and support strategic reporting.
- Prepare, interpret, and manage data using Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support reporting process improvements.
- Support quality assurance processes, including compliance checks and documentation reviews.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- An active student status and be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in Polish and English (B2), you will be part of internation[1]al teams
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI – a must.
- Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
- Strong interest in data analysis, KPIs, and continuous improvement, with good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
