Requirements
- strong communicational skills in Dutch and English (min. B2),
- experience in Customer Service - related environments sales/marketing background is a plus,
- strong Customer Centric attitude,
- high level of problem-solving attitude,
- working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) is a plus,
- strong customer-facing and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- responsible for recording and processing orders and inquiries received via mail, phone, or EDI system,
- provides pricing, availability, and delivery schedule information according to established guidelines,
- suggests additional or alternative products or services to meet customer needs,
- checks credit limits and confirms orders,
- researches and resolves various complex customer complaints and issues,
- acts as a communication link between customers and other departments to ensure quick responses,
- tracks order activity and alerts appropriate staff about potential delivery problems,
- expediting selected orders,
- provides support and assistance to new or less experienced staff.
