Junior OTC Process Testing Specialist with English
THE WORK:
- Supporting the evaluation and testing of corporate financial processes and products.
- Conducting analysis, providing ongoing feedback, document issues, and monitoring the resolution process.
- Contributing to risk assessments associated with the designated processes.
- Seeking guidance and escalating matters when confronted with tasks or issues beyond the defined scope.
- Executing operational process activities in accordance with set service level agreements.
- Engaging in regular client and internal meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Fluent English, min. B2 level required (both written and spoken).
- Experience in BPO Industry, Back Office Operations, Training, Project Management or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to details.
- Availability to work afternoon shift: 11:00 AM - 7 PM (Monday-Friday).
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience in process documentation within operational environment.
- Familiarity with start up type volatility in process and systems.
