THE WORK
As a key player in the Finance Experience Team, the FinX-S2P Senior Agent will have responsibility to monitor and respond to suppliers and internal customers specific typology of requests (can include but not limited to invoice processing, payment related, credit notes, etc.) in line with service levels agreed with the client and to ensure that proper quality control checks are performed. The agent will be the first point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders and as such will need to deliver timely, accurate and predictable service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all queries are processed as per SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) and KPI”s (Key Performance Indicators) which are set out for the team
- Take ownership of complex suppliers’ queries ensuring end to end service with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction and attention to detail
- Ensure understanding of team SLAs andamp; KPIs and align to management’s vision and direction
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by the client and stay updated on changes
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Team Manager
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the team, upholding best practices and quality standards.
- Supporting the FinX – S2P team with project related tasks, process optimization and efficiency improvements
- Conduct training sessions for new team members

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service operations
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills in English
- Proficient English (B2)
- Attention to detail
- Initiative to improve and streamline processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to support Team Lead with data-driven insights
