THE WORK
- Lead and inspire a team in a dynamic, international B2B environment, ensuring all tax operations are executed efficiently and in compliance with client policies and procedures.
- Monitor daily workflow, manage work allocation, and ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed SLAs.
- File, retain, and archive financial, tax, and other relevant documentation according to client guidelines.
- Respond to queries and escalations promptly, adhering to defined processes and timelines.
- Support process improvements and foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a role model and upholding our Core Values and Code of Business Ethics.
- Provide data analysis and design reports to support business decisions.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance or a related field)
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Proven people leadership skills
- Experience in tax operations or tax accounting is an advantage
- Proficient English communication skills (C1- verbal and written)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in data analysis and report preparation
- Adaptability, flexibility, and commitment to continuous improvement
