Role Overview

As the onsite Team Lead for Zevo Health, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact mental health services within a fast-paced, evolving Trust and Safety environment.

Serving as the primary clinical team leader at your designated site, you will work in close collaboration with your Clinical Lead and our Global Head Office to ensure that both client stakeholders and service users receive exceptional support. Your responsibility will span four main areas of focus: Clinical Team Management and Supervision; Client Stakeholder Relationship Management; Program Development, Reporting and Data Interpretation; and Service delivery.

This is a dynamic and strategic role that requires a balance of clinical expertise, operational oversight, people management, and relationship building. As a Wellbeing Team Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping and evolving our wellbeing programs in alignment with changing client needs, ensuring we remain both clinically excellent and operationally efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Team Management and Supervision

  • Provide real-time support using clinical supervision and oversight to a team of Mental Health Professionals (MHPs), ensuring the highest quality of care, service delivery and clinical risk management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clinical risks at your site, taking appropriate steps to safeguard clients in collaboration with the Clinical Lead.
  • Manage team performance, ensuring high quality service delivery against objectives and service-level agreements (SLAs); address performance or conduct issues proactively.

Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Track and report on MHP and operational delivery and performance to your Clinical Lead, ensuring to swiftly raise amber and red clinical and operational risks that may influence retention of staff or customers.
  • Act as a liaison between service users, people leaders, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure the wellbeing program is responsive to evolving needs.

Program Development, Reporting and Data Interpretation

  • Record and analyze clinical insights to identify emerging trends related to psychological wellbeing in the workplace.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for program or operational improvements to both the client and internal teams.
  • Monitor operational issues, escalating concerns to the Clinical Lead as appropriate.

Service Delivery

  • Provide on-demand, short-term coaching to a diverse corporate workforce in the Trust and Safety industry.
  • Conduct wellness check-ins in line with the service-level agreements (SLAs) with all employees to assess overall wellbeing and meet the pre-set KPI’s of the service delivery model.
  • Design and facilitate psychoeducational group activities, workshops, and training focused on resilience, mental health literacy, and distress management.
  • Deliver group coaching sessions and manage triage for urgent clinical needs, including crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Complete all administrative tasks (e.g., session data tracking, case notes, scheduling) in line with customer agreements using an internal platform with accuracy and promptness.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Psychology, Psychotherapy, or a related field, with a focus on Industrial-Organizational, Counseling, Clinical, Assessment, or Social Psychology.
  • Registered member in good standing of a recognized professional association, such as Polskie Towarzystwo Psychologiczne (PTP) or equivalent or willing to register prior to employment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience in the local context, working with young adult and adult populations.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in clinical supervision and team management, including performance and risk management of mental health professionals.
  • Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating wellbeing and mental health programs in organizational or corporate settings.
  • Strong track record of stakeholder engagement, including HR and leadership teams.
  • Fluency English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in group facilitation, workshop delivery, and psychoeducation.
  • Skilled in using digital tools for therapy and administration, including Microsoft Office and video conferencing platforms.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills, with accuracy in documentation and adherence to confidentiality standards.
  • Experience in cross-cultural counseling and demonstrated cultural humility when working with diverse populations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics, continuous learning, and staying up to date with emerging clinical practices
