Requirements
- university degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline,
- minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable,
- proficient in German (C1) and English (minimum B2) - necessary for daily communication with vendors and teams,
- hands-on experience with ERP systems (ideally NetSuite/Oracle) and excellent command of Microsoft Excel,
- independent, structured, and analytical way of working,
- team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- end-to-end accounts payable operations for DACH entities,
- reconciliation and maintenance of vendor and customer accounts, ensuring consistency with purchase and sales orders,
- verification, coding, and processing of cost invoices, completeness checks,
- ongoing maintenance of vendor master data in the ERP system,
- preparation and execution of payment runs, bank transfers, and direct debits,
- posting of bank transactions and reconciliation of bank statements,
- collaboration with procurement, sales, and other departments to resolve accounting-related issues,
- participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in designated areas,
- daily communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders in German and English,
- contribution to defining and implementing SLAs, accounting procedures, and process standards,
- support in reporting tasks (e.g., AP aging reports) and audit preparations.
