THE WORK:
Your typical tasks will include:
- Accounting operations in Fixed Assets area in accordance with US GAAP, SOX controls
- Performing asset capitalization, retirement, maintenance requests and setup new assets in Fixed Assets subledger
- Assuring balance sheet accounts reconciliation process
- Reviewing of GL andamp; FA Subledger for errors, omissions or inconsistencies
- Preparing extended review andamp; analysis of subledger in order to ensure accuracy of data
- Preparation and posting of journal entries
- Identifying and solving common cross-process (PTP, OTC) issues
- Supporting internal andamp; external audit
- Recommendation and implementation of process improvements ideas

HERE’S WHAT WE WOULD EXPECT FORM YOU:
- Fluent English
- Minimum 2 years of finance experience in general ledger area or professional qualification education
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight reporting deadlines
- Analytical and communication skills
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month-end closing
- Shared service experience is a plus
- Oracle ERP system experience is a plus
