You will join the HR team and be responsible for provide comprehensive HR support, covering full HR administration lifecycle (from hire to retire) and payroll support activities.

Requirements
- fluent in English and French (at least B2 level),
- practical experience with HR systems (SAP preferred) will be a strong asset,
- proven ownership of daily tasks and ability to manage priorities independently,
- a driven mindset, ready to identify opportunities and make improvements.
Responsibilities
- full-cycle support for hiring, onboarding, contracts, changes, and offboarding,
- collaborate closely with the payroll team to review cases and ensure accuracy,
- document local HR procedures and convert them into standardized SOPs,
- serve as an HR contact via e‑mail, chat, MS Teams, or HR portal,
- leverage SAP and ServiceNow to resolve queries and monitor HR requests,
- create and update process guides in line with internal standards,
- actively contribute to HR department to enhance employee experience, boost performance, and drive results.
