FPandA Senior Analyst with English (She/He/They)
The work:
- Support finance operations by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on operational and financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Contribute to General Accounting functions such as journal entries, account reconciliation, month-end closing, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Participate in Financial Planning andamp; Analysis (FPandamp;A) activities, including:
- Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Scenario modeling and variance tracking
- Financial performance monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business operations with financial goals.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Flexible: After the training period, possibility of working in hybrid mode from the office located in Cracow until further notice (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

Here's what you will need:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with a strong ability to evaluate financial data, identify key trends, and assess potential risks.
- Experience in preparing monthly financial reports with detailed variance analysis and insightful commentary to support business performance reviews.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial deliverables.
- Proven ability to interpret and draw insights from complex and large datasets
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Finance andamp; Accounting education background or equivalent.
- Experience with other financial tools, G trix.
- Knowledge of SAP and Blackline.
