Requirements

• minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in general ledger accounting,
• completed education in accounting, finance, or similar field,
• minimum B2 level of German and English, both written and spoken,
• strong Excel skills, experience with SAP will be a big plus,
• solid understanding of accounting principles and closing procedures,
• good analytical skills and attention to detail,
• ability to work independently while also being a team player.

Responsibilities

• posting and reviewing daily financial transactions in the general ledger,
• preparing short-term cash flow forecasts and weekly liquidity updates,
• issuing internal recharges and outgoing invoices,
• reconciling balance sheet accounts and resolving discrepancies,
• coordinating monthly intercompany settlements,
• supporting VAT reporting and submitting financial/statistical data,
• assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,
• participating in process improvement and automation initiatives.
