Requirements
- English language proficiency at least B2, German C1 – both spoken and written,
- 2 years of experience in HR operations or HR payroll,
- ability to anticipate client needs and proactively solve problems,
- ability to participate in client meetings and manage assigned tasks on time,
- attention to detail and awareness of GDPR aspects,
- time management skills – multitasking role,
- good knowledge of MS Excel and Word,
- good communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner,
- ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing system,
- taking responsibility for issues raised by the client,
- performing appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations,
- participating in client discussions regarding processes,
- answering incoming calls – service line,
- achieving goals and SLAs.
