Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or negotiations,
- additional experience or educational background in procurement, logistics, or supply chain would be an asset,
- fluent in english (C1) and german (B2),
- willingness to work with client via phone and email, with a proactive approach,
- ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with others,
- ability to handle multiple and ad-hoc tasks,
- SAP knowledge nice to have.
Responsibilities
- working on activities related to the supply chain process in aeronautics, including order delivery, purchase order management, goods receipt issue handling, PR to PO conversion, and internal stock transfers,
- interacting directly with suppliers and clients for day-to-day operations,
- reaching business (SLA) and personal targets,
- ensuring efficiency and high quality of the performed processes,
- identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities.
