Your responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, ensuring the highest communication standards.
  • Offering professional advice on bookings, tickets, promotions, and company policies, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Effectively resolving reported issues and answering travel-related questions while maintaining the highest service standards.
  • Managing complaint processes efficiently and in line with company policies, ensuring positive customer experiences.
  • Building a strong brand image through professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail in client interactions.

Our requirements

  • Proficiency in Italian at a B2 level – enabling smooth communication in daily work.
  • Willingness to learn and grow – prior experience in customer service is not required; we will teach you everything!
  • Customer-oriented mindset – a natural desire to help others and build positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills – openness, politeness, and attention to clear messaging.
  • Ability to work under pressure – efficient task organization in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic computer skills – familiarity with office tools is enough; we’ll teach you how to use internal systems in practice.
  • Availability for at least 120 hours per month – with a personalized work schedule.
