Requirements

• university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience,
• fluent German (at least B2) and English (at least B2),
• at least 3 years of experience in accounting roles,
• ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team,
• strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines,
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
• experience with NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• posting transactions to the general ledger,
• recording intercompany transactions,
• participating in monthly financial closing processes,
• analyzing general ledger accounts and ensuring accurate and compliant postings,
• maintaining accounting records and reconciling them with the general ledger,
• supporting the annual audit process by providing required documentation and information,
• taking part in various accounting and process improvement projects, depending on business needs.
