Requirements
- fluency in German (B2/C1) and English (B2 minimum),
- excellent verbal & written communication skills,
- strong customer orientation,
- experience in customer service will be a plus,
- positive approach to work.
Responsibilities
- effective communication with customers via email and phone,
- cooperation with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing,
- handling customer inquiries and claims,
- entering and tracking orders in SAP,
- coordinating deliveries with logistics partners,
- monitoring payments and stock levels,
- supporting process improvements.
