Human Capital Generalist

What You’ll Do
Working on-site 4 days per week, you will be a key member of HC Team Poland, competent in HC related matters and be a trustful partner for employees and managers. Delivering of HC processes to managers and employees across country, you will also identify improvement needs and propose solutions. You will keep on track of local labor law changes. You will cooperate with other HC teams (Payroll, Timekeeping, Shared Service) as well as external vendors and authorities to deliver a great employee experience. You will make sure the high standard of excellence is met.

You’ll report to the HR Manager. You’ll make an impact on the employee experience and support the business through building partnerships, a welcoming environment for questions, ideas and concerns.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Use the Human Capital database including collecting data from employees and record management
  • Support benefit enrollment and assist with employment-related documents
  • Maintain and archive personnel files
  • Prepare reports for payroll and support payroll preparation
  • Support the onboarding process
  • Arrange health and safety training, medical checks and ensure all required documents are in place
  • Support the recruiting team

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum 2 years HR/HC experience of providing operations support
  • Very good knowledge of local labor law and HC regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Polish languages
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, well organized and responsible
