Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sourcing & procurement, mainly within strategic initiatives (capex, equipment, spare parts, maintenance),
- proven track record in managing e-sourcing projects across multiple categories,
- proficient in French and English (minimum B2 level),
- solid working experience with erp systems,
- familiarity with rfx and e-sourcing tools, including leading platforms,
- background in a matrix-managed organization considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- executing sourcing projects end-to-end (scoping, clarifying, sourcing, contracting, reporting),
- preparing and executing RFXs including eSourcing solutions,
- negotiating contract terms, documenting savings, and reporting,
- building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, and Logistics,
- ensuring compliance with global procurement policies and documentation,
- delivering on procurement SLA/KPI: savings, payment terms, delivery terms, and more,
- alerting on risks, delays, and supplier issues in managed markets/commodities,
- identifying opportunities for sourcing and savings projects.
