Requirements

• experience in a shared service center or multinational company,
• background in finance - collections, AP, AR, billing, or related areas,
• minimum 3 years of finance experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role,
• strong leadership and people management skills,
• fluent in English and German at minimum B2 level,
• proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, SAP knowledge is a plus,
• ability to work effectively in an international environment and matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• managing an 8-person team in the bill-back area,
• overseeing the calculation and settlement of distributor rebates for the DACH region,
• coaching and developing team members, motivating them to achieve goals,
• monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting results,
• identifying and implementing process improvements,
• collaborating with finance, sales, and pricing departments,
• ensuring timely and high-quality execution of processes.
