Your responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management reports and quarterly financial reports
• Participation in the month-end closing process: verification of accounting entries
• Preparing presentations for the Management Board
• Planning annual budgets and forecasts
• Preparing documentation for group audit purposes
• Conducting periodic and ad hoc financial analyses
• Developing and improving controlling tools
• Undertaking frequent international business travels

Our requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position with background in manufacturing or industrial operations
• Knowledge of management accounting and financial management
• Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to draw conclusions
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2) enabling fluent communication in an international environment (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Turkish, both spoken and written
• Willingness and readiness to travel internationally on a frequent basis
