Requirements
- fluency in Spanish and good command of English,
- university degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field,
- at least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control or customer service with corporate clients,
- good knowledge of MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage,
- strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.
Responsibilities
- proactively contact customers (phone/email) to ensure timely payments,
- manage accounts, update documentation, and process payments,
- support month-end activities including reconciliations and reporting,
- prepare collection reports and forecasts, analyse overdue balances,
- resolve queries and escalate issues when necessary,
- collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance,
- participate in projects to improve processes within the credit management area.
